I Join Talktalk because of there Cheap offers for phone and broadband but after installation i found that during day time they were putting caps on my broadband speed and i was unable to surf broadband i ring talktalk they sent Engineer free of cost he told me every thing is fine the problem is back to phone exchange but it was not true problem was there peak time cap anyways i decided to switch to sky and cancelled services with talktalk i was told i have to pay cancellation charges about 73.87 i paid that then again next month i got bill £68 i call talktalk they told me that engineer visit was not free i explained that you told me its free and there is problem in your broadband so why should i pay engineer visit finally they deduct £20 from my account. i have very bad experience with talktalk especially from there indian call centre now i am with sky speed is good and no cap at the end i will request all reader please don't switch to talktalk.
I have TalkTalk Fibre optic unlimited with calls and line rental inc.I live in northern Ireland.For the first few months i loved what i was getting, amazing speeds and constant connection! fanstastic!UNTIL about a month ago, my router kept loosing internet connection and i had to reset it SEVEN times a day! also the internet speed just died! barely dial up speeds!I phoned and phoned for weeks on end to no resolution! and finally I had enough so I cancelled my contract.DO NOT USE!
There is nothing good to say about this company, they get everything wrong, contract, billing, personal details. They refuse to admit mistakes, their call centre for customer service is in Durban, South Africa (whilst their sales call centre is in the UK).They treat the customer on the premise that the customer is always wrong. I feel I've wasted half a lifetime on the phone to their SA call centres. I hate this organisation with a vengeance. In my 51 years I've never been at the end of such appalling service.
